Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Before Shipping
If you cancel before your order is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.
After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
- Find the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancel Order" button (if available).
- Select a reason for cancellation and confirm.
Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team with your order ID.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 24-48 hours
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
4. Custom Orders
Please Note: Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the artisan has started working on them (usually after 24 hours of order placement).
