01Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the artisan has not yet started work or shipped the item.
Before Processing
Cancel within 24 hours for a 100% immediate refund to your original payment method.
After Shipping
Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Use our Return Policy post-delivery.
02How to Cancel

Log in to your Art & Crafts Account and navigate to 'My Orders'.

Locate your active order and click the 'Cancel Order' button if available.

Select a reason and confirm. You'll receive an automated confirmation email.
Custom & Personalized Art
Specialized custom orders that require unique materials or specific artisan commissions cannot be cancelled once work has commenced (usually within 12-24 hours).
